Hong Yun Black Tea

The brewed tea is like drinking fresh, comprehensive nectar with a special sweet orange blossom aroma leisurely released in the mouth, creating an intoxicating experience. Similar to Chanel N°5, the unique combination of sweet orange blossom and nectar fruity aroma is rich and complex, making it a timeless and unbeatable classic.

Aroma Like Perfume

This tea has a special aroma of sweet orange blossom and nectar fruit. The tea soup is warm, exquisite and beautiful, with a full aroma, throat rhyme, and warmth upon entry. The sweetness of the water is just right, similar to the rich and changeable fragrance of Chanel N°5, which is a classic that will never be defeated.

Place of Origin

The tea garden is located at the foot of Sun Moon Lake, Yuchi Township, Nantou County. This area has beautiful scenery, pleasant climate, clear water, and red sandy soil with slightly acidic soil, which is very suitable for the growth of this kind of tea tree.

Recommended Brewing Method

We suggest using using porcelain or glass tea utensils. If the tea vessel has a capacity of 150ml, use approximately 3-5 grams of tea leaves. When brewing, the water temperature should be around 85°C to 90°C, with each steeping lasting about 20 seconds. You can adjust the steeping time according to your personal preference for strength. This will allow you to fully experience the unique flavor and aroma of the Hong Yun Black Tea.
