Black Tea Bags Series

We are proud to offer our Black Tea Bags Series, which are made from high-quality black tea leaf powder and never use crushed or leftover tea leaves like other tea bags on the market. We always uphold the principle of quality first, and our Assam Black Tea Bags, Ruby Black Tea Bags, and other products are also made with black tea leaf powder for packaging.

Ruby Black Tea

Ruby Black Tea is a superior black tea variety that was developed through more than 50 years of breeding experiments using Taiwan tea and the Burma Assam tea variety. Black tea produced in the summer has a high concentration of tea polyphenols, which undergo full fermentation and are transformed into theaflavins and thearubigins, resulting in a rich flavor and captivating aroma. The tea soup has a slightly bitter taste upon entry but gradually transforms into a sweet aftertaste that lingers for a while. This is one of the reasons why black tea experts praise it as "Taiwan Red" and "Taiwanese aroma". Compared with other world-renowned black teas, this black tea has extremely unique characteristics and quality.

Assam tea

Assam tea was introduced to Taiwan by Japanese people in 1936, and the Fishery Experiment Station of Red-Tea was established by the shore of Sun Moon Lake in Yuchi Township. Through excellent cultivation and breeding, it was listed as a "top-quality" tea in the London tea auction at that time, and was also a rare and precious item of the Japanese Emperor. In the 1960s to 1970s, it was even a major agricultural export product of Taiwan.

Recommended Brewing Method

Take out a tea bag and put it into a 500cc cup, pour it into boiling water at 100°C, soak it for 2 minutes and drink it. If you want to adjust the concentration, you can increase or decrease the brewing time according to your personal preference.

Place of Origin

The tea garden is located at the foot of Sun Moon Lake in Yuchi Township, Nantou County. This area has beautiful scenery, pleasant climate, and clear water quality, which is similar to Darjeeling in India. In addition, the soil is red sandy and slightly acidic, which is very suitable for the growth of large-leaved tea trees.
