The Elegant Atmosphere of a Noblewoman

Jin Gui Lan Oolong Tea

Jin Gui Lan Oolong Tea is grown at an elevation of 1,420 meters on the slopes of Ali Mountain, in the Meishan Township of Chiayi County (located above the Tropic of Cancer). The area is often shrouded in mist and clouds in the afternoon, and the unique geographic conditions of sandy soil and microclimate in this high-altitude tea-growing region give Jin Gui Lan Oolong Tea its distinctive flavor and aroma.

Graceful and Complex Aroma

Jin Gui Lan Oolong Tea is made from the tender leaves of one-tip and two or three leaves, handcrafted with strict adherence to environmentally friendly natural farming methods in our tea gardens. Every leaf is carefully selected and processed through hand-rolling into tight balls, resulting in tea leaves that are tightly compressed and resistant to brewing. Each infusion releases a graceful and complex aroma of orchid and osmanthus, which is intoxicating. The tea soup has a bright golden yellow color, a soft and sweet taste, and a refreshing aftertaste with a lingering fragrance, making it a favorite among women who love oolong tea.

Recommended Brewing Method

Any tea utensils are fine, and the temperature of the water is boiling water. It is recommended to soak for about 60 seconds for the first brew, about 50 seconds for the second brew, and about 40 seconds for the third brew, and the subsequent brewing time can be adjusted according to personal preference.

Place of Origin

Jin Gui Lan Oolong Tea is a tea variety from Meishan Township, Taiwan's high altitude tea-growing region on the Ali Mountain at an elevation of 1420 meters above sea level, located north of the Tropic of Cancer. The origin of this tea is in the Wulili village where the afternoon mist and clouds create a unique microclimate and the soil is rich in sand and gravel, making it a rare location for mid to high-altitude tea cultivation. These exceptional geographical conditions give Jin Gui Lan Oolong Tea its distinctive flavor and aroma.
